GoFigure.net.au is
a portrait offering more questions than answers. It was born in private
moments and keeps secrets, maybe even from itself.
For all the
seemingly important thoughts that go through my mind as I paint in the
end the most important thing is my need to paint. Please forgive me for
whatever other mistakes I might make, but for that one I make no
apology. Please enjoy the artwork.
A Little about me...
I come from the
country, but I call Kings Cross home. I always painted, and I always
loved Leonardo. Along the way I grew to love Rembrandt, and Schiele and
Lautrec. I am passionate about life, driven to create art. Everything
comes back to being an artist
I'm 49 years old and I love the Renaissance ideal of the universal
mind, exploring the world through my heart. Every day is a wonderful
gift. Thats me in the picture. It's a funny thing seeing my own
likeness there. Maybe, one day I'll get used to it.
